Welcome to Porch and Patio! By purchasing products from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Warranty

All pool tables and pool table accessories sold on porchandpatio.com are warranted by the respective manufacturers. For warranty details, please refer to the documentation included with your product or contact the manufacturer directly.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Discover
  • MasterCard

By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you will pay all charges incurred.

3. Returns and Cancellations

  • Returns: All sales of pool tables are final. We do not accept returns for pool tables.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us via email at info@porchandpatio.net or by phone at 203-799-2329. No cancellations will be accepted after 48 hours.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Pool tables can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on the level of customization and the location of the manufacturer. Some products may also be out of stock, which can cause additional delays. We will notify the customer if there will be such additional delays.

If products are damaged upon delivery, Porch and Patio will work to get the product repaired or replaced. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

Porch and Patio shall not be liable for any damages relating to the purchase of products, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or any other issues arising from the use of our products. By purchasing from us, you agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the purchased products.

6. Changes to Terms

Porch and Patio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site and purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
